Calling Parents, Guardians, and Community Members!
Career Awareness Days for our 3rd–5th grade students are right around the corner, and we are excited to invite you to participate! We are seeking parents and community members who would like to share about their careers as guest speakers on March 24–25. You do not need to be an approved volunteer to participate as a guest speaker.
If you are interested, please complete the participation form in the link below by March 18. Each speaker will have approximately 20 minutes to present in person and answer student questions.
We believe in exposing students early to a wide range of career possibilities, and your involvement will help inspire and broaden their understanding of future opportunities.
Speakers may choose to include:
Job title and responsibilities
Academic skills needed (math, reading, etc.)
Education or training required
Personal skills or interests that led you to your career
If you have any questions, please contact Melissa Smith at 994-9906 or melissa.smith@mcschools.org.
Additional information will be shared once your form is received.
Thank you for helping us invest in our students’ futures!
